Sounds like you chose not to receive the Advanced Child Ta Credit. If that is the case then you should receive all of your allowable child tax credit in your refund. I don't understand what you mean by did the amount did not increase.

If you didn’t receive one or more monthly advance Child Tax Credit payments in 2021 for a qualifying child, you can still receive those payments – and the remaining amount of your credit – by claiming the Child Tax Credit for that child when you file a 2021 tax return during the 2022 tax filing season. This includes families who don't normally need to file a return.
Check 1040 line 28 and see if you got the full amount. Turbo Tax automatically gave it to you as soon as you entered your children. So it was already added in before you got to t hat section.
