How do I upload my foster parent agreement to verify the placement of a foster child into my care?

I have already claimed the child. I just need to figure out how to prove the legal placement by attaching the foster parent agreement from DSS.

If you wish to attach that agreement you must file on paper.

You do not upload the agreement as a Document into TurboTax and it is not sent with a tax return.  You only need to keep the agreement stored with your other documents so it will be available if the IRS ever questions you concerning the dependent that was entered on your tax return.
