How do I report foreign tax credit for states. I have stayed in 2 states- AZ till 10/25/2018 and then in CT till 12/31/2018.

I kinda doubt that any state has a foreign tax credit like federal does. If you have taken that credit in your federal return then any TT/State that cares about that will handle it for you automatically.
