Why won't turbotax virginia let me enter sales tax paid on energy star home appliances?

20% of sales tax paid on energy star appliances is deductible from income when calculating virginia income tax.  I cannot figure out where to enter this in turbotax.

Go back to State Taxes and review your entries.  

• On the screen Your 2016 Virginia taxes are ready for us to check on the section Income click the start or edit button.
• On the screen Here's the income that Virginia handles differently scroll down to the section Misc.  
• On Sales Tax Paid on Energy-Saving Appliances click the start button.
