Filling out the w4 forms when both spouses work

I file joint returns with my spouse. She filled out her own w4. There is a section in the w4 that asks for additional withholding if both spouses are working. If both spouses have filed separate w4s do we need to withhold an additional amount in 4(c) based on the multiple incomes worksheet.
