I'm using TT Premier 2022. When I try to enter "additional property taxes on my primary home", or "prescription expenses" (as well as other deduction items), I get to the relevant screen but can't enter any data. Other boxes such as "taxes on additional home" [not relevant for me] can accept entries. As I am likely to use the standard deduction, the amounts I enter probably won't affect my tax amount, but in previous years I've entered this data without problem. What changed?

Without looking at your return, I can only give you general answers as to why you are not able to enter your medical expenses or property taxes. If you pay your medical expenses via paycheck withholding, you can’t deduct them.
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act capped the deduction for state and local taxes, including property taxes, at $10,000 ($5,000 if you're married and filing separately).
