entering 2020 info into 2021 file

For some reason, after many years of preparing my taxes and having the information carried forward to the current year, it didn't happen this year.  So at some point, I had to enter information from my 2020 filing into this year's information.  At one point, the item requested doesn't exist.  I asks about "Itemized Deductions for Total Taxes (line 7)" on Schedule A ... but that line on my return is "Taxes You Paid".  I don't know if it affects my current return, but I left that entry blank.  Please advise where to get that information.  Thanks.

I have a screenshot if that helps.

Look at the Sch A ... it wants the amount on line 7 of the prior year return ...

some taxpayers create multiple Turbotax accounts.  for the info to transfer from 2020 to 2021 you had to be in the account used for 2020. maybe you weren't so that's why the info didn't transfer  I realized this info comes too late for 2021 but should you have the same issue in 2022 here's how to find your accounts.

Thanks ... it is confusing because of the description "Itemized Deductions for Total Taxes (line 7) ... not indicating that it is in the "Taxes You Paid" section ...

Thank you for your time and response.  Have a great rest of the day and week!
