Child care expense error

My wife and I have W-2. Becuase my wife's W-2 is under 2014-7, my wife's income was entered to less common income (refer to https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3490909-irs-2014-7-ihss). Then tried to deduct child care expense but it says we are not qualified because turbo tax does not see my spouse's income. Because my wife is full time (over 35hrs/week), we used to get credit for the expense in previous years with other tax software.
