I’m filing my ederly parent, will she receive her stimulus check  and also is their a benefit for claiming dependents this year

If she did not get the third stimulus check in advance then you apply for it on the 2021 return and for 2021 ONLY  the CTC for qualifying dependents under 18 is fully refundable even if you have no taxable income.   The TT program will walk you thru all those steps just go slow and READ each and every screen carefully.

If you claim your mother as your dependent then she cannot get a stimulus check.  Dependents do not receive stimulus checks.   Or do you mean you are just preparing a return FOR her to help her out?   If she did not receive the 3rd stimulus use the recovery rebate credit to get the $1400 for her--it will show up on line 30 of her Form 1040.
