Looks like its saying 2/10. Although I don't actually see a Schedule CA form that mentions "mortgage interest adjustment".

Schedule CA makes adjustments to several areas of the federal tax return, including itemized deductions. 

The 2021 Schedule CA is not released by the state of California yet, but I know that that the cap on the amount of mortgage interest that can be deducted is higher in California than it is on the federal return. There may be other differences that affect you.
