Can I use TURBO TAX to handle a charitable donation-(ECOGIFT) of over $100000? How do I use part as carry over? Can I carry some over or can I use the deduction only once?

IF there is a carryover, TT automatically will calculate and carry it fwd. Should have no issues with the 6 figures.
