I know people have posted about this previously, but I'm still having this problem and none of the links on the previous discussions work because they all take me to a page that says Turbo Tax support has moved.
Turbo Tax keeps asking me for my keychain passcode, but I don't use keychain and my login passcode doesn't work. Please help.

Nevermind, finally found this solution below in another post and it worked for me.
This solution is for Mac users.
I just had the same problem, but fortunately was able to solve the problem. You need to add the current TurboTax program to the Access Control Box.
Open Keychain Access
Under Keychain in the upper left column, click "login"
Under Category in the lower left column, click "passwords"
In the main body on the right side locate "Intuit ID"and double click
When the box pops up click "Access Control" (you may need to enter your login password)
Click the + located in the lower left corner
Type in the current TurboTax, i.e. TurboTax 2019
Click "Save"
You should then be able to type in the login password to allow access to the program.

Thank you for this solution. When I followed your steps and clicked on Access Control, TurboTax was already listed as the application. However, the box to allow application access to the keychain was not checked. When I checked that box, I was able to import from Its Deductible successfully.
Thank you

Trying to do the import in 2019 Business results in the error
Verified my login information and all works fine. Checked the keychain and appears to be good - has access for this edition of TT.
Since you are getting Error 6, please contact Turbo Tax Support directly for further assistance with this issue:

As of yesterday we are being told by TT to uninstall TT from the Mac and then reinstall it and that should stop the error 6 problem when trying to import the deduction information from It's Deductible. My question is will my information that I've already entered for my 2019 taxes be saved? Everything is done except for this one section and I don't want to have to start over.
OMGosh this works. Why Turbo Tax would this not be updated during the software install!?!?!?! A normal average user would never figure this out on their own. Thank God this user posted this!!!! Wasted 2 hours tonight trying to import from Its Deductible.
Thank you so very much!! Your post worked and was extremely helpful!!
I've followed the steps but which password is it asking for, the TT one or It's Deductible one? Neither of mine seem to work, but I'm unsure of my TT password. If I need to use my TT password, I'll have to re-set it (how?) I didn't have this keychain issue last year, 2021, when importing. What changed in TT?? I disabled keychain when I got my MAC. Thank you
It should be the It's Deductible password, however, they may be the same password.
You can reset your Turbo Tax password by following the instructions here.
Please let us know if this does not work. @cmoraz
