Using the TurboTax online editions -
Click on Federal on the left side of the online program screen
Click on Deductions & Credits
Scroll down to Cars and Other Things You Own
On Car Registration Fees, click the start button
To see the list of states and other information concerning this deduction click on the circled ? in front of the Start button
