...but you did upgrade and select "LIVE" Basic....which is the Free version, but with access to a CPA or Enrolled Agent......and there is a fee for that access.

Now, you might have to upgrade to one of the paid versions for other reasons...but to remove "LIVE" (unless you want to talk to a tax agent) you can remove the LIVE part:
