Currently a dependent under my parent's taxes but for my ACA health insurance, I was put under independent (I pay my own health insurance apart from my parents). TurboTax won't let me E-File because they say there's and it must be fixed. What are my options?

In order to answer your question correctly please provide some additional information.
Are you sure it is the 1095-A that is preventing you from filing?
Why are your parent's claiming you as a dependent, but you had your own 1095-A.
Are you a full-time student?
Normally if you are a dependent then you would be under your parents' 1095-A and at tax time you would split out your portion of your parents' 1095-A and report it.
Could you check to make sure that it is the 1095-A that is preventing you from e-filing? What is the message you are getting?
"Form 1095-A - Insurance Exchange (94628908): Recipient's SSN You have indicated you can be claimed as a dependent. This 1095-A must be reported on the tax return of the person who can claim the dependent exemption. Please delete this copy of Form 1095-A, and have the 1095-A reported on that person's tax return."
I was a full-time student, who graduated in December of 2021.
Thanks!
Even though you were the one that paid for the insurance and the policy is in your name, it must be included on your parents' return since they claimed you as a dependent. This also means their income will be taken into consideration when calculating the premium tax credit. If you had income during the year, they will have to add that to their return as well to calculate the modified adjusted gross income for the premium tax credit. For more information on the premium tax credit and the impact of household income, read this TurboTax article.
For your tax return, you have to delete Form 1095-A before it can be filed. To do this:
Can I go ahead and submit my taxes without the 1095A then? and then tell my parents to amend there's with my 1095? I'm afraid that my tax return will get rejected if I don't submit it w the 1095. Thanks!
It depends. You are correct, if you do not submit your 1095A with your tax return it will be rejected if you are not a dependent. If you were on your parents plan, both you and them will need to enter the 1095-A. If you are a dependent, then yes, you can submit your return without the 1095-A.
If this was a shared policy, you will both need to enter the form on your returns. You will need to get the form from your parents and enter it exactly as it appears. After the form is entered you will be asked if this was a shared policy, if it was you will click yes. You will also select the months it was shared for. Then you will be able to allocate the amount to you and your parents. You can claim 100% or 0%, they can do the same. Many times parents paid the premiums and will allocate the full amount to themselves, while the kids just enter the form and allocate 0%
It is not likely that your parents need to amend their return if it was accepted. If they had the policy, then they would have had to include the 1095A on their return or it would have been rejected.
If this was your policy and they were not a part of it, then they cannot include it on their return.
