Okay, let's try a different way.

1. At the top of the screen select Other Tax Situations
2. Scroll down to Other Tax Forms
3. Select Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes = Start
4. Adjust How Much Tax You Pay = No
5. Estimated Taxes for 2022 = Prepare Now
6. The voucher amounts for 2022 will be there based on the income you received in 2021
7. You'll come to the Print Vouchers? screen = Yes 
8. We'll include your 2022 1040-ES payment vouchers when you print a copy of your return later

Those are the steps for the online version, do you have the Desktop program?

You can just type W4 in the search box at the top of your return , click on Find. Then Click on Jump To and it will take you to the estimated tax payments section. Say no to changing your W-4 and the next screen will start the estimated taxes section.

And in the Desktop program you can switch to Forms and open the estimates.   And the Est tax options worksheet.

You can adjust them and there are checkboxes like to print blank ones with just your name and ssn so you can write in any amount.  

Then at the bottom of the worksheet you click on quickzoom to the estimate you want to print out.  The 1040ES payment voucher will open and you can print it out.  Or you can over ride the amount directly on the 1040ES voucher.
