I did a 3 months program in a non-profit camp in MA (J1 visa) in 2018. Salary was 3750 USD, had no tax deductions. Should I file a tax return and how can I do it?

I stayed in the USA for 3 months only during 2018. My employer was American, and they provided me the W-2 form as well. Should I file anything, if yes, can I do it with TurboTax?

You need to file a 1040NR.
