I'm trying to file for 2017 & it is showing 2016 & shows 0.00 in one spot and an amount that is not on my 2017 W2 for state/local income tax. Am I not able to

You may be seeing information carried over from last year. Please go into your "wages & income" section to delete any blank W-2s before taking a snap shot of this year's W-2. This will ensure no duplicate information.

Please follow instructions in the link below to import your W-2 by taking a photo of it.
