I had to mail my ohio state return. The Ohio SD 100 (school district income tax return) also printed out. I don't owe anything, but do I need to mail this form in?

I had to mail my state return, but the instructions don't specify to do with the ohio sd 100 form that printed out.

was this method/process changed for the 2018 tax year? I e-filed my ohio state return via turbo tax. Not sure if I had to mail it as well? Also, no SD100 form was printed (i didnt owe anything either as my district does not levy a tax) and im not sure if this form is required of me or not. Am i safe to assume turbo tax took care of my state filing and an SD100 is not needed in my case?

Yes, you have to mail your SD 100 at the address below:

To delete/remove the school district forms from your state tax return please follow the steps below.

1)    Sign into TurboTax Online.

2)    Continue your return by click Taxes > Tax Timeline > Take me to my return.

3)    Click on My Account > Tools > Delete a Form.

4)     Scroll down to your state forms and look for the school district form you need to remove and click Delete. 

5)     Follow onscreen instructions to complete remove the form(s).
