" You are receiving the 1099-G because you itemized your deductions and received a refund credit or offset on your Georgia income tax return in 2015. You may need to include the amount shown in Box 2 below as income on your current year's income tax return filed with the IRS."

Yes, you can include your state or local tax refund using TurboTax Premier Online edition.
If you have already started your return,
- Select the TurboTax "Search" button located near the top right of your screen
- Type "1099-g" into the search box
- Select "Jump to 1099-g" from the dropdown results
- On the “Did you have any of these types of income?” screen, select “Yes” if you did.
- On the "State and Local Tax Refunds and Other Government Payments" screen, check the box for "State or local income tax refunds even if not reported on Form 1099-G" then press "Continue" (see attached image)
- TurboTax will request the required data about your refund on a series of screens. Press “Continue” after you have input your information. Based on your situation, TurboTax will determine if all or some of your refund is taxable this year

So How do I enter the number shown in Box 2? I've been through the menu s under "Jump to 1099-G" and not found it.
