How to calculate adjustments to tax withholding for married filing separate? Is it the same as the income portion?

In AZ, filing married but separate. If my federal tax withholdings was 3,500 and my husband didn't have any tax withholdings, does that mean I need to subtract 1750 and enter that amount in the "Tax Withholding - Subtraction Adjustment" area?

Yes, calculating adjustments for married filing separate taxpayers' is the same for income and tax withholdings. Yes, you are correct again, you split your tax withholdings 50/50 (evenly).
