Why did you keep $100 from my return

Your post shows you are using the Deluxe online edition, not the Free edition.  The Deluxe online edition is $60.  If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund, the service charge for that option is $40.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for checking your fees - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/how-do-i-review-my-fees-in-turbotax-online/0...

OR -

To access your current year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on View order details

Why did you keep $100 from my return

TurboTax does not keep money from your tax refund except for the TurboTax fees if you chose to have your fees deducted from your federal refund.  If you chose that option, a third party bank extracts your fees from your federal refund and charges you a refund processing fee of $39.99 ($44.99 in CA) for taking care of that.

How can I see my TurboTax  fees?

You are posting from online Deluxe--the fee for Deluxe is $60, and the refund processing would add up to the $100 you may be referring to.
