Why am I am getting a "Date filed has an unacceptable value" error on my NC State taxes with TurboTax Premier when I used 3/1/18 as the date I will pay my taxes?

I think I owe some interest with my NC return.  The program asked for a day I will pay what I owe in order to calculate any interest.  Then, when running Review, I get the error above.  What date would be acceptable or is this a bug in TT?

Do you mean (20)19, not 18?
