Where did entry on line 18a of tax payments worksheet come from and how can I remove it?

In the Federal taxes section

1) Deductions&Credits

2) scroll down to "Other Income Taxes" and go in there

3) Enter in at the line labelled "Withholding Not already entered on a W-2 or 1099"

4) erase whatever you find in there
