What is allowable for solar tax credit- If I self installed the solar can I use my labor as part of the cost basis for the system?

I have a quote from a company to install the system. I self installed and materials cost about 30% of their quote,  Can I use their quote as a basis for the solar cost?

Can I factor in my labor as part of the cost?

No, the IRS only allows you to include your actual expenses for the solar credit.
