What form am I looking for to claim the 40% of my solar energy project from 2022?

Idaho is saying I can claim 40% of my home's solar project this year, and 20% for the next 2 years. I found "form 39R" but TurboTax seems to think it doesn't exist. Am I just early?

The TurboTax website for forms availability shows that Idaho Form 39R Resident Supplemental Schedule is available for filing - https://form-status.app.intuit.com/tax-forms-availability/formsavailability?albRedirect=true&product...

In the Idaho state program there should be a section for you to select such as either Credits or Other Situations
