What do I put as "PA taxable compensation" when I had income in DE and PA?

In this case your PA taxable compensation is the income being reported to Pennsylvania on your W2s.  Since you are filing a part-year return for both Delaware and PA, you are reporting the earnings in PA to PA and the earnings in DE to DE (provided that you worked in DE while living in DE and worked in PA while living in PA.  If your situation was different, let me know in a comment).

Are both DE and PA listed on the W2?  What types of income do you have?

For the same job or separate jobs?  Did you live in DE all year, PA all year, or move in the year?

Thank You, I have 3 W2 one from my employer in DE and 2 from my employers in PA , in filing the part year resident returns do I only list income on the return for where the income was sourced from or do I need to list all income on each state return? My employers only withheld taxes for the state they are located in.

You assign income to the state you were living in when you earned it. The program will either ask you to separate the income you earned or to verify the allocation amounts that were calculated for you. Allocating your income shouldn’t be too difficult, but it can involve some math. You'll need to determine if the income you're allocating is earned or unearned, as these are handled differently. Where is TurboTax asking you about Pennsylvania taxable compensation? That number is line 1c of Form PA-40.

States wages are box 16 of your W-2. However, PA allows a deduction for unreimbursed business expenses. If you are claiming those, Box 16 will not equal PA taxable compensation.
