Utah Tax Refund is Zero

First, try signing out and clearing your browser/cache.  Next try the steps outlined here to clear the state error.

@atanasova26 If you are using TurboTax Online please try clearing your cache and cookies, then reboot and log back in. You may also want to try a different browser.

If you are using a desktop version of TurboTax, please do a manual (forced) update. Please see this link for instructions: Manual Update for TurboTax Desktop

If that does not make a difference you should delete the state entirely (you won't be able to do that if you are using an online version and already paid for the software) and then go back through all the state questions carefully.

My Utah State Tax  return was also really messed up  So I will never use this software again after 30 years of using it.

Same problem here but the opposite.  Turbo Tax showed I owed over $1200 but both my state and federal showed errors.  Turbo Tax stated that even though my Utah State tax was rejected  I still had to pay it on time.  So I sent them a check for what I thought I owed .  Then when I updated the software in May the error was caught so I paid the Utah State Tax commission twice.  as I signed up for auto payment.  Solving this took me many hours.  I finally got the double payment resolved but then I got another letter telling me there was another error and I would be be getting a check for $596 in 6 weeks.  I will never use TruboTax again.

The Utah Tax Tax was completely messed up and it took me a few month to rectify it   Now I am took that I am due an extra $596 that I will get in several weeks.  Turbo Tax now scares me to death and I will not use it again.  It took me months to figure out why both Federal and Utah tax were denied.  I had to file for an extension to figure out the bugs in the software,  I can no longer trust Turbo Tax at all
