Unable to preview & print my Oregon State Tax Return for Mailing

I am able to preview & print for mailing my 2020 Federal Tax Return, however cannot preview & print my Oregon State tax return as of January 11, 2021. I receive a message at bottom of Turbotax window "Your Oregon return is currently unavailable to view, print or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet." I click on link "notify me when my forms are ready". I entered by email address & received an error messsge that it doesn't recognize message ID. Anyone else have this problem?

Almost all Oregon income tax forms are available at this time.

TurboTax Online asked me if I wanted to receive an email notification for a few missing California forms. I entered my email and received an acknowledgement that I would be notified when the my missing forms would be ready so the alert worked for me. It's possible you had a connection issue when you attempted to sign up for an email alert.

If you are unable to click on the link "notify me when my forms are ready," you are check what state forms are ready at State forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products.

The dates shown are target dates. Forms are not always ready on those dates since TurboTax is often waiting for federal and state taxing authorities to approve or finalize forms. The lists are updated as quickly as possible.

I also am unable to preview/print my Oregon State tax return as of 2/18/2022 and receive the same message about forms not finalized yet. Is this the responsibility of the State of Oregon or Turbo Tax???

Also, when I click on the link to "notify me when my forms are ready" and enter my email address, I receive the same error message you do.

It seems that Turbo Tax needs to fix this, and provide a method whereby a customer can contact a Turbo Tax staff person to ask and receive answers to specific questions rather than providing generic categories with generic answers that don't really apply to the specific question

I am having the exact same problem with printing the Oregon return as of 2/19/22.  Interestingly, Turbotax let me attempt to file the Oregon return (the information on OR -40 was correct) with the Federal return.  The Oregon return was initially rejected and I received an email from Turbotax advising there was a known issue that would be corrected shortly and to refile on or after 2/17/22.  Did so on the 18th and the state filing was accepted.  Still not able to print the final state forms for my records.

I emailed the Oregon Department of Revenue and posed this same question. They responded by stating it must be a Turbo Tax problem with their software or forms. Sarah at Tax Services, [phone number removed] said "Our forms were finalized before the opening of tax season". Seems like Turbo Tax and Oregon Department of Revenue are blaming each other.

Turbo Tax staff person, Diamond, told me on 2/18/2022 that the State of Oregon return should be available 2/24/2022.

I'll open Turbo Tax again 2/24/2022 and check for updates, and hope for the best.

I too am unable to print my Oregon State tax return for 2021, even though it has been electronically submitted and accepted by the state.

The Turbo tax software has been updated again today (2/21/202) and it still won't print.

HELP I need a copy for my records !!!

What is your software saying when you try to print your state tax return?

When I go to the "Save Your Returns for your Records" page and click on "Print Returns" I get "Before you Print" (see attached)  and when I click on "Notify me when my forms are ready" I get "Unable to load messageid...." (see attached)  Note: Clicking on "Continue" on the "Before you Print" page only presents my Federal return for printing.  Both Federal and State returns were filed electronically and accepted.

Try clearing your cache and cookies and then re-attempt the process. If the issue persists, let us know. In the meantime, you can always check your state forms availability @V107.

Cleared chache and cookies from the computer and still when in the TurboTax print center the message on the screen still says Oregon tax forms are not available to print ( I also updated the Turbo Tax software. )

You will not be able to print the return until all the Oregon forms have been finalized. What I was specifically referring to when I suggested that you clear cache and delete cookies, was the error message you mentioned seeing as it relates to receiving updates on the availability of all your forms. Were you able to successfully do that aspect after clearing cache? @jbaugustyn.

Thanks @Howard984 , Oregon/Turbotax finally got their collective act together and return prints as expected now, that is as of 2/25/22.
