Unable to Efile after paid fee

I was filing an amended return and it had me pay for Iowa State of 24.99 to efile, but then advised that I had to mail it in and it couldn't be processed. Can i get this refunded?

Not sure what you are doing. Amended returns cannot be e-filed. An amended return has to be printed, signed and mailed. Please explain a bit more--sounds like you are confused about what you are doing.

i paid my taxes then my return was rejected so I fixed it now I cant efile because there is no place to say I already paid
