Unable to download Michigan Tax 2020

Hi, 

I went to update the tax files and start my Michigan state taxes and this is the error message I receive when I update the federal and when I try to download the Michigan Tax to start doing them. they have not asked for payment.

System.ArgumentOutOf RangeException: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.
