Total number of working days if I'm a salaried employee?

If I'm a salaried employee are the total number of working days 365 or 365-weekends-holidays-vacation-sick leave?

Why are you asking that question?  What are you trying to do?

I live in NH and work in MA and I need to apportion my wages. I only worked in MA 61 days. To get the correct percentage I need to figure out the # of working days.

I should add that I work remote most of the time. I only went into the office 61 days last year.

For most there were 249 working days in 2023.  Since 2023 was not a leap year start with 365 days, subtract 52 Saturdays and 53 Sundays leaving 260, and then subtract 11 federal holidays.  This does not take into account sick days, vacation days, or paid/unpaid leave days which also subtract from total working days according the MA Department of Revenue.
