There is no prompt given in the Maine interview for 529 contributions ... how can I insert that?

There is no place to enter this information because the Maine subtraction for 529 plan contributions has been repealed. (See page 2 of the 2016 Maine Individual Tax Booklet or click on the screenshot below.)
