I paid for VA and OK state taxes on 02.27.2022, but did not print receipt.  I need confirmation number from Intuit so I can file my state taxes.

I had the same bs happen to me today. Representative was of no use and also wanted to share my computer screen.

I called customer support last year. They were unaware of the issue and weren’t able to solve.  I gave up and filed by mail (you have to do the fed by mail also if you can’t Efile state.  

Now it’s a year later. Exact same problem. Customer support still clueless. Couldn’t or wouldn’t give me the state efile confirmation number that the program is telling me I have to call and get. Completely unacceptable.
