I received 1099-K from PalPal, it's just sales of personal items. I know how to report it in Federal tax return. But I'm not sure if I need to report it in State tax return too? I'm in Massachusetts. Thanks!

Yes, you will have to report the 1099-K information on the Massachusetts return. It should carry directly through the Federal entry and populate the state return.

I reported 1099-k as additional income and adjustments to income in Federal tax return. But this information is not carried to state tax return. Maybe I need to add it manually? Please guide me how to add it to state tax return. thanks

I am unsure why the income would not transfer from the Federal to the state tax return.
If your IRS Form 1099-K reports $1,000 in box 1a, on what line is this income reported on your Federal 1040 tax return? What is the nature of the "adjustments to income" that you refer to?
On what line is this "adjustment to income" reported on your Federal 1040 tax return? Is this "adjustment" the whole $1,000 or something less?
Please advise.

In my Federal tax return, the 1099-K is reported as Miscellaneous income (the last section under Wages & Income). And in the generated pdf file, it is listed in the last page, the title of the page is "Additional information from your 2021 Federal Tax Return", and the subtitle is "Schedule 1: Additional Income and Adjustments to Income". In this page, the amount in 1099-K is listed, and I also added a cost item with negative amount, so that the total income is 0. But all the info is not reflected in state tax return.
If you added the 1099-K as Additional income on Schedule 1 and then entered an offsetting negative amount there is nothing to report and carry over to your state return. Schedule 1 Additional income adds or subtracts from your adjusted gross income (AGI) this is what flows to the state return not individual entries on Schedule 1.
Thank you @LeonardS
I found the explain from https://www.mass.gov/service-details/freque[product key removed]ions-about-form-1099-k-notices-[prod...
It IS NOT subject to tax or any reporting as it is a function of selling personal items at a loss.
So, in my case, I don't need to report it in state tax return.
