If you added the 1099-K as Additional income on Schedule 1 and then entered an offsetting negative amount there is nothing to report and carry over to your state return. Schedule 1 Additional income adds or subtracts from your adjusted gross income (AGI) this is what flows to the state return not individual entries on Schedule 1.
