Hi!
I'm a non-resident alien who studied in D.C. while maintaining "permanent residence" in my home country. I lived in my university's dorms during most of the 2020 tax year. I interned in and paid taxes to another state, though.
What tax liabilities, if any, would I have to D.C., and which form should I file to satisfy said liabilities?

NON RESIDENT ALIEN
If you are a non-resident alien, your return must be filed on Form 1040NR, which cannot be prepared using TurboTax. You can use TT’s partner, sprintax:
