In another moment of hilarity, I am on. the phone with TT "expert" specialists and yes, they are clueless as to how to fix the problem. So, far I have been transferred three times and I am holding now for my fourth person. Most likely, they will be clueless too. This past week, I have spent no less than 6 hours total on the phone with TT trying to resolve this issue and it's ridiculous. HOW DO I GET SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY FIX MY PROBLEM FILING INDIANA STATE?????? 

At this rate, I need a full refund on my TT fees because I have spent far more time on the phone with support than necessary. I will not be doing this next year.

Did you test the link/path you provided in your post?  When I clicked on the word "here" it took me to a page where I clicked on "TurboTax Download."  Then a list of steps drops down.  The first one says "go to our contact us page."  When you click on that there is no place to "select your product & edition, ask your question, then select continue."  It just displays the general TT phone number, which all of the posters in this string can affirm is of no value.

Please reply with a specific agent name and direct number we can each call to arrange for refund of our state online filing fees.

Or of course you can just take the standard TT approach and ignore this request.  That will confirm that I need to find another tax software option next year.

I submitted the Minnesota state tax forms yesterday without any updates to the software.  It was accepted. I think something was done in the backend for this fix.  At least my taxes are done for this year.  Hope everybody else has the same experience today.

I applied the updates and re-submitted my state taxes (for MN) and it also worked. I think that the issue is finally fixed.
