Reimbursement for Unsuccessful State E-filing

We completed our taxes with Turbo Tax and paid the $20 for e-filing our state return.  Unfortunately, our federal return was rejected so we had to print and mail both the federal and state returns.  How do we recover the $20 charge to our credit card?  Many thanks for your help.

You will need to contact TurboTax support to have the fee removed from your account.  Use the key words Billing Issue
