we can't see the return so we can't say why the refund was different. in a few days the IRS should send you a notification explaining the changes. you can agree they're right or post back if you think they're wrong. provide an explanation as to why they are wrong and we may be able to clarify the situation.
I need to know my refund amount to get my 2018 refund. Where do I find it?
You can log into TurboTax online that you used this year.
Is this available on mobile or no?
You may have had your refund garnished or offset by an IRS levy. You can call the FMS at 1-800-304-3107 to find out if your refund was reduced because of an offset. You can also call the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service at 1-877-777-4778 (or visit www.irs.gov/advocate) if you feel your refund was reduced in error. The service is free.
Ok but what about the mobile app? Can I access the documents I need from it or do I need my computer?
You are not able to directly upload into the TurboTax app, however, you can sign into TurboTax Online and upload your tax return and then continue in the app as everything is synced between TurboTax Online and the mobile app.

Okay... what if I don’t have a copy of the actual return on my computer? I have my 2018 return but not my 2017.Is there a way to access my 2017 return through you guys??
Follow these steps to get a copy of your 2017 tax return.
Sign in to TurboTax making sure you're using the same TurboTax account (with the same username) as in prior years.
This link How do I access a prior year return? has additional information that you may find useful.
If you did not file your 2017 tax return with TurboTax you can obtain a transcript of your tax return from the IRS. This link to the IRS web site Welcome to Get Transcript has directions on how to obtain a transcript of your tax returns from the IRS.
I looked again and couldn't find it. Has this function been removed or have I lost it?

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
See this TurboTax support FAQ for accessing prior year online tax returns - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/01/270...
There is another version of the return... that I was able to access before. It looks completely different with a completely different font. How do I access this?
I need to be able to see my refund amount. Does anyone know how to solve this?
I'm looking to do exactly this....
You can log into TurboTax online that you used this year.
I was able to do it the first time. But have since been unable to do it. Is there something that needs to be done on your end? The "Filed Federal Return" option is no longer available to me
