To Iceman: Did you ever get a response from the email to sent to Turbotax Executive VP of Customer Success? Just wondering if you are being helped. Blessings to you all who are still having these issues....
To mslatinlady: No I have not heard a word. The only thing I can say for sure is that NM has not received the state return that Intuit says they transmitted on 2/13. Confirmed from my account in NM and with the Taxation and Revenue Dept in Santa Fe. I'm giving him until tomorrow mid day then I go one more step up.
How did you update mine been pending for days
I am the same way I don’t know what to do
I summited my return on 02/21/21, Federal return was accepted on 02/21/21, but New York State are still pending as of 02/25/21, Why? Please let me know WHY?
Thanks for the reply,
My New Mexico return has been pending for 10 days now.
I am concerned.
Is there some way I can contact Turbo to find out what exactly the problem is?
email phone?
Thank you.
Mine has been pending too for a long time it’s frustrating and i don’t know what to do or who to call. Mine been pending since feb 1
I went in to my CD program, went up to the top left to "update". The program updated and then I had instructions from Turbotax to go through the screens again until I finally was able to submit. I said a prayer an then hit "continue". Then my state was e-filed, then about 1/2 hour later I got a text message from the state of
California that my return was actually "Accepted". Then later that day I went to the Calif FTB website to check the status of my refund and thank the Lord they did receive my return and it's in the Processing stage.
If you are still having problems, do this:
Bring your issue to the attention of the Office of the President. Here's the email address: officeofthepresident @ intuit . com .
And here's their executive's webpage:
https://www.intuit.com/company/executives/
Tell them exactly what happened. They need to fix that too! Blessings.
TO Icecman: Did you read my latest message? Go the the main Leadership page of Intuit and email those executives. I cannot believe Turbotax is not fixing the problem for all of you. I too suffered with the issue, but then I did get the email from Turbotax on how to fix it, and when I got into my CD program, I updated it and followed their instructions and thank the Lord it worked and my California return was sent to California FTB and I confirmed that the Calif FTB received it and it's now in the "Processing" stage. I wish there was more I could do to help you, but I'm continuing to pray for you all.
I hit "update" and it checked and told me that it was current. Nothing from TT regarding going through my entries again, but I tried it anyway. In the end when I hit efile, it came back and said my returns had already been efiled. Status for my state taxes didn't change, still showing "pending" (since 2/9).
State or federal been accepted been saying pending I called the state of Md they say they have no record of me filing my taxes it’s not in their system yet.... now what? I haven’t heard from turbo tax at all so what is the issue
@TakNYTaxes have you gotten a response yet? I'm in the same situation as you.

Subject: Growing problem
Mr. N o t a r a i n n i,
In case you are unaware there is a significantly growing problem with Turbo Tax customers not being able to get an answer to the growing problem of "Pending" state e-filed returns. It is beginning to appear that it may be a Turbo Tax problem and not a state problem. Intuit has created the "community" to address issues of users, and in a lot of cases that is very helpful. In the 30+ years I have been using Turbo Tax it has come in handy several times. The difficulty is that when there is a real problem, not just a user experience issue, it is woefully insufficient.
States are beginning to refer your customers back to Intuit for answers because the states simply have not received the returns Intuit has labeled as filed and "Pending". Users are in a position of not getting answers from the community because they only know the one response of 'just wait'.
This is the first year I have used the e-filing option. I filed Federal, NM (mailed) and CA for an S-Corp, and Personal Federal and NM. Unfortunately, NM has yet to receive the personal state return that Intuit reports as filed on 2/13, and I have no way of determining whether Intuit has or has not actually filed the return since the "Community" is my only source for answers.
It would be appreciated if Intuit could at least address this problem and get on the community forum and respond to your customers concerns. Leaving responses to users guessing is not sufficient.
Thank you,
Here are all the executives. email...email...email Eventually, when the noise gets loud enough they will respond...I hope.
