Mr. Good a r z i (CEO),
I am forwarding the attached email with the hope that perhaps you will assist me in getting a response to the problem of MISSING electronically filed tax returns. It has now been 13 days since my personal NM tax return was supposedly transmitted. The NM Taxation and Revenue Department says quite simply, it didn't happen.
Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated.
Thank you,

Subject: Growing problem
Mr. N o t a r a i n n i,
In case you are unaware there is a significantly growing problem with Turbo Tax customers not being able to get an answer to the growing problem of "Pending" state e-filed returns. It is beginning to appear that it may be a Turbo Tax problem and not a state problem. Intuit has created the "community" to address issues of users, and in a lot of cases that is very helpful. In the 30+ years I have been using Turbo Tax it has come in handy several times. The difficulty is that when there is a real problem, not just a user experience issue, it is woefully insufficient.
States are beginning to refer your customers back to Intuit for answers because the states simply have not received the returns Intuit has labeled as filed and "Pending". Users are in a position of not getting answers from the community because they only know the one response of 'just wait'.
This is the first year I have used the e-filing option. I filed Federal, NM (mailed) and CA for an S-Corp, and Personal Federal and NM. Unfortunately, NM has yet to receive the personal state return that Intuit reports as filed on 2/13, and I have no way of determining whether Intuit has or has not actually filed the return since the "Community" is my only source for answers.
It would be appreciated if Intuit could at least address this problem and get on the community forum and respond to your customers concerns. Leaving responses to users guessing is not sufficient.
Thank you,
