i can't find it any where in turbo tax in the state part, look like no such a option

The New York City enhanced real property tax credit expired 12/31/2019 so there is no 2020 version of Form NYC-208.

For they don't have this credit anymore for year 2020, is it that the reason why i can't find it on turbo tax anymore?

Here is the eligibility for NYC enhanced property tax.

Since you have already filed, you can complete the form and mail it. New York City Form 208. Save the file as a pdf on your computer before filling it in.

That links to the 2019 version. As we have been discussing, the New York City enhanced real property tax credit expired 12/31/2019 so there is no 2020 version of Form NYC-208.

@Chackrav717591 As stated above the NYC enhanced property tax credit expired 12/31/2019. It has not as yet been re-instated. So there is no NYC 208 for 2020 or 2021.
