I have contacted them each week for the past 3 weeks and still can not transmit my returns.

i was finally ab;e to transmit my state return with the latest pushed download from the support rep.

Case closed- please make sure your product is correct before shipping next year! Rushing flawed product to market costs you and everyone time and frustration that is not needed.
