Sorry I wasn’t clear. I am trying to amend my 2021 WI tax return so the program should be able to handle SB deductions such as this.

In this case you should contact TurboTax support for this issue on the 2021 amended WI tax return.

You have to look at forms and add it yourself. Brought this up last year and at least this year you can open Forms and look at form SB, select the line for medical premiums and it will bring to you another screen on which you can enter the $. Meant to look at prior years as I assume Turbotax has been skipping that for a number of years.
TurboTax will move your medical insurance subtraction onto line 4 of 2021 Wisconsin 1 if you enter a number on Medical Care Insurance Worksheet 1 = Self-Employer Persons or Worksheet 2 – Others.
This will transfer to Schedule SB and then to Form 1.
