How do I add copies of Fed forms to my state return

Information flows from your federal return to your state return. You do not have to "add" them---they flow over automatically. Once you have everything completed on your federal return you can move on to the state form and just go through the screens that help with issues specific to your state.
I thought that too but that is not always true. My last 2 years of Missouri tax's were rejected by the state of Missouri. when I finally got a hold of a person at the Missouri department of revenue they told me that no 1099R's were attached to the efile. When I contacted Turbo tax they told me it was my responsibility to review the forms and if a state required more info that I was to provide it.
So this year I am going to give the state of Missouri what they they need before they reject my return.
In addition to the 1099R issue I have a further issue of medical expense payments. Missouri allows a Med Expense deduction, but I am taking the standard deduction in Fed Filing. Therefore the med expense data is not loaded in my state filing so it looks like I will have to do that manually also.
@Dan83 There are some states that allow itemized deductions even when you used standard deduction on your federal return. Even if you will use standard deduction on your federal return, you can enter the medical expenses--or other various itemized deductions -- into the federal program and they will flow over to the state for you. If your state allows the deduction it should already be in the state return for you.
Not sure what happened with your 1099R. Did you enter it correctly in the federal software?
To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
I have completed my Fed return. And have completed my State return. So when I do my review of my state return and I look at the forms which have been included in the turbo tax drop down list of forms for Missouri I see that no 1099r's have been included. Which is my ultimate question. I should be able to drag a copy of the Fed forms down the list and add it my state return.
But as it turns out I can't seem to be able to add a copy of the 1099r's to my state return. There must be a way since that would seem to be a standard requirement. By the way thanks for trying to help me with this issue!

Some states don't require you to send a copy of your 1099-R because they participate in the Combined Federal/State Filing Program (CF/SF). The CF/SF Program was created to simplify information returns filing.
The CF/SF program forwards original and corrected information returns filed electronically through the Fire System to participating states free of charge.
This Eliminates separate reporting to the participating states. The information returns that may be filed with the CF/SF Program are:
These are the states that participate in the CF/SF program:
AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, D.C., DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI*, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, WI.
NOTE: Participation does not mean that the state may not still require you to file the forms with their agency.
I was able to talk to turbo tax and the lady I talked to said she could not help me. She was very nice but could not help me. She talked to someone up the line and their reasoning to her was that the 1099R was a Fed form and not a state form so therefore it was not I ncluded in the state package.
I thanked her for her help but respectfully disagreed. The 1099R forms I received from Merrill Lynch, Edward Jones, And Commerce Bank all had 3 copies attached. They all said one copy for Fed, one copy for state, and one copy for my records. In my reading that makes it a "state form".
When you read the sales literature for Turbo Tax it says tax preparation software. You would think they would be interested in providing software that does just that. It would be so easy to allow a drag and drop feature to the forms area and let me the one ultimately responsible to add the form myself.
Anyway thanks to everyone for trying to help but it looks like this is a lost proposition and I will just send a "paper" copy to the state of Missouri. Blah, Blah, Blah
