I'm international student and resides in Texas where they have no state tax. I went Chicago, IL for my internship where they have both federal and state tax. As international student do i have to pay the state tax for IL I was there just for 2 months.

If you worked in IL you may need to pay IL tax, but if you are a non-resident alien, you cannot use TurboTax.
If you are a non-resident alien, your return must be filed on Form 1040NR, which cannot be prepared using TurboTax. You can use TT’s partner, sprintax:
