I don’t plan on doing anything with my ND form. On TurboTax ND has “Started”. So I hope they are working on my ND INCOME TAX & get done soon.

Started means you clicked into the North Dakota section and TurboTax transferred federal information to the state section, @gemchu. TurboTax will not finish North Dakota unless you go through the entire section and it passes State Review.

All North Dakota forms are available in TurboTax.

North Carolina had some legislative changes that passed in November of 2020.  This is one of the reasons it is delaying the ability to even file your taxes as of today.  This may change tomorrow because mid Feb may mean a different time frame to different entities.
