State not downloding TY2021

When I try to download the state forms it appeared to download the first time but it keeps asking to download again and says software is up to date but the state is not present. It's gone in a loop. Tried uninstalling and installing. No luck. Anybody has any ideas? Thanks.

I know you stated the software says it's up to date, but could you check out the FAQ link provided below to make sure it has the latest update? Then if you are still having the same issue, please post back here and let us know.

No link was included in the reply, that I could see. The software updated yesterday. Here is a snapshot of the release. Thanks.

AHHH....I was afraid of that.

TN completely ended the "Hall Tax" for all of 2021 and the years following.

AS such, you have no TN forms to download, and there will be none to download any longer....(Barring TN legislators changing their minds sometime, years into the future).

The prompt to download TN must be some strange glitch in the software, since TN was required in prior years. 

(Sure would be helpful if one of the software teams would fix this particular mis-direction

Thank you! Of course I knew that but forgot as I've done it in prior years. Senior moment, I guess 😂

You're right it should not be in the list or at least say "not needed anymore" or something like it.
