I have tried multiple times in the past week to purchase the colorado state software so I can finish my taxes, I have used multiple credit cards that I know are fine, and it keeps telling there is a problem and will not let me continue. Please advise on what my options may be or if this is something you are working on fixing.

If you purchased your copy of TurboTax from a 3rd party seller, you may not have a compatible software download with TurboTax states. To check if your copy is valid, and appears as a purchase in your Intuit account, follow these steps:
- Go to accounts-tax.intuit.com and log in with your email / credentials that you use for TurboTax
- Check the box for stay logged in
- Select Products & Billing > TurboTax > Licenses & Download
- You should see TurboTax 2025 listed
Note: the authorized software vendor list.
If your copy is not valid, you'll need to request a refund from the seller, and make your purchase from a vendor on the list. Then the state software issue will resolve itself.

My copy is a valid copy bought from a valid dealer. As of yesterday it was still not allowing me to buy state package.
First, make sure your software is fully updated, and then try again by selecting State Taxes from the menu.
